How to use

Device movement:
When using the device on your face and neck, we recommend these movements:
1. From the chin upwards towards your outer cheek
2. From the upper cheek upwards around your temples
3. From the bottom of your neck upwards towards your chin
4. From the bottom of your forehead towards your hairline

Brighten mode:
1. Hold down the power button for 1 second to turn on the device and enter the BRIGHTEN mode.
2.Apply moisturiser, serum, or lotion to the skin, massage until fully absorbed.
3.Ensure your fingers are touching the silver strip around the handle or the silver ring around the neck to enable the touch sensor.
4.The device will begin vibrating once the tip touches your skin.
5.Glide the massage head along your face and neck for at least 3 minutes.

Renew mode:
1.Hold down the power button for 1 second to turn the device on, then quickly press the power button ONCE to enter the RENEW mode.
2.Apply moisturiser, serum, or lotion to the skin, massage until fully absorbed.
3.Ensure your fingers are touching the silver strip around the handle or the silver ring around the neck to enable the touch sensor.
4.The device will begin vibrating once the tip touches your skin.
5.Glide the massage head along your face and neck for at least 2 minutes.

Restore mode:
1.Hold down the power button for 1 second to turn the device on, then quickly press the power button TWICE to enter the RESTORE mode.
2.Apply moisturiser, serum, or lotion to the skin while you wait for the device to heat up. This will take at least 2 minutes. Massage until fully absorbed.
3.Ensure your fingers are touching the silver strip around the handle or the silver ring around the neck to enable the touch sensor.
4.The device will begin vibrating once the tip touches your skin.
5.Glide the massage head along your face and neck for at least 2 minutes.

FAQs: Neck & Face Smoother

Hold down the power button for 1 second to turn on the device. This will automatically enter the first mode.

Renew mode uses red light.

Restore mode uses blue light.

Brighten mode uses green light.

Once you have turned on the device by holding down the power button, you can switch between the modes by pressing the power button with short clicks. The Brighten Mode is first followed by Renew and then Restore. This then loops back to Brighten. You can see which mode you are on using the mode indicator on the handle and by the colour of the LED light on the massage head.

Yes, the STYLPRO Fabulous Firmer includes a charging cable.

Please check that your device is charged using the charging cable included. Hold the power button for 1-2 seconds to turn the device on. If the device is on and not vibrating, please ensure that your fingers are touching the silver strip around the handle or the silver ring around the neck to enable the touch sensor. Once you have done this, place the massage head on your face or neck and it should begin vibrating. If you are using Brighten Mode, glide the massage head along your face and neck for at least 3 minutes. We recommend holding the device on those areas for an extra 2-3 minutes.

If you are using Renew Mode, glide the massage head along your face and neck for at least 2 minutes. To target key areas with wrinkles and lines, we recommend holding the device on those areas for an extra 1 ½ minutes.

If you are using Restore Mode, glide the massage head along your face and neck for at least 2 minutes. To target key areas with acne and inflammation, we recommend holding the device on those areas for an extra minute.

We recommend using the device once a day.
