At STYLIDEAS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, we’re here to help.

Returns (14-Day Policy)

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • It must be returned in the original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return if opened or used (e.g. personal care items). This will be clearly stated on the product page where applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or becomes defective, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or videos if possible

We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.


2-Year Warranty (UK Only)

All STYLIDEAS products come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, valid in the United Kingdom.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faults arising under normal use

The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage
  • Misuse or improper care
  • Normal wear and tear

If you experience an issue within the warranty period, please contact our customer service team with proof of purchase.
